Payments

We handle secure payments in collaboration with Adyen. With us you can pay by Card, Bank transfer, PayPal and Invoice.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we don't sell gift cards and don't accept gift cards as payment method.

Shipping and Deliveries

We climate compensate for all our deliveries. This means no extra cost for you as a customer, and we do it no matter which shipping method you choose. Our climate compensation is made in collaboration with PostNord, Airmee, DHL and UPS.

Your order is sent with UPS, DHL, PostNord or Airmee depending on the market.

Sweden: 49 SEK. Free over 699 SEK
Germany: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR
Austria: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR
Belgium: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR
Netherlands: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR
Denmark: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR
Finland: 7 EUR. Free over 99 EUR

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days to complete a delivery.

We will process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, it is not possible to make any changes in the order. This includes changing items, delivery address, delivery method, or canceling the order.

Uncollected parcels

For packages not collected from designated pickup location, a fee of 25 USD will be charged. This covers the costs incurred in handling your order.

Transport damage

If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your service point or when UPS deliver it, you must report this immediately to the shipper concerned. If you subsequently discover that your order is damaged, please contact us at shop@imsecare.com. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
