Order and Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. The confirmation contains details about the products, prices, payment methods, and delivery address. Please check that your order confirmation is correct. If there is an error in the order, please contact our customer service immediately at shop@imsecare.com. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to place an order with us.

Deliveries

Orders received before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day or the next day. The normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. However, please note that in some cases (such as during sale periods), it may take longer, and we reserve the right to extend the delivery time to up to 10 days. We are not responsible for damages resulting from extended delivery times, but you have the right to cancel your purchase in case of extended delivery time.

If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Imse is responsible for the payment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 14 days.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up from the specified collection point, a fee of 249 SEK will be charged. This corresponds to the costs incurred by us in handling your order.

Transport Damages

If you discover that the package is damaged when you receive it, you should report it immediately to the respective carrier. If you discover damages later, you can contact us at shop@imsecare.com. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. The product to be returned must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all labels and any original packaging intact. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us. You pay the return postage of 59 SEK.

60-Day Try-on Guarantee for Period Underwear

To ensure you feel completely secure with your purchase, we offer a 60-day try-on guarantee for period underwear. This means that you can try on and wear a pair of period underwear, and if you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days and receive a refund. Note that this try-on guarantee applies to one pair of period underwear, regardless of the size of the order and for one purchase.

If you wish to use your try-on guarantee, email us at shop@imsecare.com and state your reason for the return and your order number. We will then provide you with further instructions for the return.

Guarantee

We offer a guarantee of at least 2 years. The warranty period applies from the original purchase date of the item, as stated on your receipt. The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of purchase. To claim the warranty, you need to present proof of purchase, such as the original receipt. The warranty is valid only if you have followed the instructions for the product. Defects that occur after purchase due to the consumer or other external factors are not covered by the warranty. – In warranty cases, we reserve the right to repair the item first. If this is not possible, we offer a new item or exchange for an equivalent item of the same value. If no equivalent item is available, we will refund the purchase amount. – We only accept items purchased via our website. If the purchase was made in a physical store or from one of our retailers, the warranty issue must be handled by the point of purchase as indicated on your receipt. – We comply with Swedish consumer purchase law, so you also have a statutory right to make a claim within 3 years for original manufacturing defects.

Complaints

We guarantee that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the shipment has been collected, and describe the defect in detail. The defective item must be in unused condition. Return the item together with the completed return form and clearly state that it is a complaint. Once we have received the item and approved the complaint, we will send you a new item if it is in stock and reimburse you for your return postage. If the item is not in stock, we will refund the amount you paid for the item and reimburse you for your return postage.

Which Laws Apply?

The Consumer Purchase Act applies when you shop with us. For more information, visit www.konsumentverket.se. For more information within the EU, visit www.konsumenteuropa.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on our site. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible in terms of proportions and colors, but we cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products.

We reserve the right for any items being sold out that have not been updated on the site. If one or more items in your order are no longer in stock, we will notify you via email, adjust your order and payment, and send any remaining products to you.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors before and after the order is processed.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Imse's obligations are postponed. If the period of force majeure exceeds 2 months, both you and Imse have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages. Force majeure includes, among other things, strikes, illness of staff, transport disruptions, import/export bans, natural disasters, abnormal market downturns, major accidents, blockades, etc., regardless of whether it occurs at Imse or one of our suppliers.
